Introducing Streaks
Meeting (or exceeding) your weekly target from one week to the next allows you to build a streak.
We built streaks to help you see how consistent you can be with your activity over time. Weeks run from Monday to Sunday. Changing your weekly target will not mean you lose your streak, as long as you meet (or exceed) your new target. Targets for the next week must be set before midnight on Sunday. If you miss your target, the streak is reset to zero and you can then start a new one.
