miDashboard
miDashboard is where you can find an easy-to-read summary of your activity data.
Some people really like numbers! Numbers give us lots of insight and information. They allow us to set goals and measure our progress towards them. They can be really motivating.
miDashboard is split into two parts:
- miStats
- miRecords
miStats gives you lots of useful information. You can view your data by month or week and scroll through to see how things change over time.
miRecords show you your personal best - your record breaking month or week.
Some things to remember:
- Everyone is different. Sometimes it’s fun to compare data with friends but you do not need to compare your stats with anybody else if you don’t want to. Your data belongs to you. Use it how you wish.
- Make progress slowly. Follow the 10% rule - increase activity by 10% a week. The easiest way to do this is by using minutes e.g. If you completed 150 minutes of activity this week and wish to be more active next week, add 15 minutes and aim for 165 minutes next week. You’ll be surprised how quickly the numbers go up. Doing too much too soon might feel too difficult or lead to injury depending on which activity you are doing.
