Using the Recurring Activities function

Use the Recurring Activities feature to preload regular activities for students—ideal for clubs, PE lessons, or enrichment sessions. Save time and ensure consistent traction.

Here's a short video explaining how to use Recurring Activities

Recurring activities are a great way to capture data whilst at the same time making it even easier for students to use the app. Using this function teachers can quickly log recurring activities like lessons or clubs in one go for all their students. After the session takes place, the students receive a message in their miMove account saying that [name of teacher] has recorded an activity. Students then just tap how it made them feel and add any reflections. If they do not do so, the activity sits in 'pending' and the student does not receive their points.

To set up Recurring Activities

  1. Go to the Activities tab
  2. Use the filter to select the class or group
  3. Use the check boxes to select all the students. 
    1. Use the number of students per page selection to make sure you can see all the students
  4. Click ADD ACTIVITY
  5. Work through the dialogue box
  6. Click SUBMIT

To delete the activity

  1. Go to RECURRING ACTIVITIES tab
  2. Find the activity and click DELETE
