Focus Areas are time and energy efficient ways for you to achieve key goals with strong evidence in a given time frame. Because they are focussed, they:

• Make outcomes visible which boosts teacher morale as you can clearly see how your efforts have made a difference
• Allow grand aspirations to be broken down into more manageable sections
• Ensure everyone is on the same page

miMove should always be about supporting you in achieving your priorities not be a priority in itself. Therefore, Focus Areas should jump out from existing school or department priorities.
